Gentle Yoga by Zoom

This class emphasizes balance, posture, strengthening of muscles, and exercises adapted for seniors. Experienced yoga instructor, Judy Silberman, leads this class weekly class, which is offered by Little Falls Village.
TO REGISTER, email info@littlefallsvillage.org with your contact information (name, email, address, & phone) and "Gentle yoga" in the subject line. The Zoom login information will be sent to registrants. You only need to register once to be placed on the list. If new, please register by the Friday before the Monday session to be placed on the list.
You will need a hard-backed chair and a pillow to place behind your back. Also, bring a tennis ball and sock and a 1-2 pound weight (or the equivalent), if possible.
