Learn the technique for making creamy, classic Avgolemono (egg-lemon chicken soup) in this hands-on class. This nourishing, protein and Vitamin C-packed soup is a beloved comfort food, often served as a traditional remedy for cold winter days and illness. You'll leave with a delicious skill and a full heart.
